Movie Lists
The Movies listed on our Sale Pages are all of the Movies currently available for purchase from the site. It has been designed to remove titles from listing once our stocks are exhausted. Pre Order or Pre Release Titles will still list. All Movie Images are based on the DVD slick Image and all movie details including running time and synopsis are based on the DVD title.
Finding a Movie on the Sale Pages
You can find Movies on the site by using one of our pre defined search’s Like “Movies under $? or via one of our Promotion or Special’s links or from our individual or group genre lists. You can type a full or partial Title, Actor or Directors name in the “Find Movies” box and click OK.
A few hints when searching, None of our titles begin with the word “THE” or “A” they are added to the end of the Title as follows, “Keeper, The” or “Keeper, A”.
A Brief description of the movie will display in a list format, Simply click on Buy DVD to see the full details of the item including New and Used availability and Pricing. Click on Add to Cart to add the required item to your shopping cart.
New Movies For Sale
V2 Direct has a substantial library of New Movies available for sale that is growing all the time. At times we may run out of stock in our warehouse and need to order your movie from the distributor and this may add some time to our normal order processing time.

Used Movies For Sale
V2 Direct has an enormous library of Rare used movies available for Sale. Some of these will be rental only titles that will not be available for purchase anywhere else. This includes surplus stock from Video 2000 stores around the country. The artwork displayed on the site and any special feature’s listed etc all relate to the NEW DVD version of the movie. The Used DVD artwork and special features may differ from those displayed. The Core Movie content will match the item described on the site.
Used DVD Movies
All Used DVD Movies are Re Surfaced and inspected in our state of the Art Disc Repair facility. The disc playing surface will appear to be brand new with No scratches or marks that will interfere with it’s play and it will have been tested in our state of the art DVD inspection equipment and certified to be error free.
Used DVD movies may be missing bonus disk materials and could have slightly different features from those described on the web site, however the movie content will always be the same.
The Disc may have an ID label in the centre of the Disc. This label will not interfere with playing the Disc and we strongly recommend you leave it on the disc as its removal could damage the disc.
The DVD will be supplied in a hard plastic cover with the original movie slick that may feature some library category or price labels.

Your Shopping Cart
Adding items to your shopping cart is as simple as clicking on the Add to cart button on the details page for the items you wish to purchase. As each item is added to your cart you will be taken to your Shopping Cart page. You can modify the items in your cart by using the buttons on the Shopping cart page but remember you must press Update Cart if changing the quantity of any item in your cart. Your Shopping cart is cookie based and should remain valid for approximately 2 weeks.
Select Continue Shopping or Proceed to our Checkout to Finalise your Order. All Movies are sold and Processed by our wholly owned subsidiary V2Direct.

Placing your Order
Once you have the required items in your cart simply click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You will be required to create an Account or login using an existing account to allow us to complete your order. If you are V2 Direct Rental customer or have completed a purchase from our site before you can simply sign in using your email address and password.
Your Shipping preferences and Address are recorded and can be easily changed with subsequent orders.
You will be required to enter your credit card details to finalise you order. You will not be charged for the Items in your order until we ship the goods. V2Direct accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You will receive an Email confirming your order details shortly after placing it.
Do You Ship International Orders?
We currently do not process any International Orders.
How much will I pay
You will be charged for your order when we ship it and you will be charged in accordance with cost of the item(s) being purchased plus any Postage and Handling as listed in your order.

Is my payment secure?
We understand that the security of payment details entered online is a concern for most people. As an online business our livelihood depends on it. So we take it extremely seriously. Firstly, we are using the latest 128-bit SSL certificates from VeriSign to encrypt your details before they are sent down the wire. No one can read those details except us. Secondly, our computers here are protected by state-of-the-art hardware and software firewalls. Lastly, your details are encrypted again before being stored here at V2Direct. So even in the worst possible imagined scenario of a robbery at our business site your details would still be completely safe, only the directors of the company have the keys to unlock that information.
So you can rest easy, your personal and payment details are secure. You can verify that you are on V2Direct's site at any time by clicking on the VeriSign seal displayed on a page.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order
Simply go the our Movies for Sale page and select “Your Account” in the upper right hand corner of the page and Log in using you Email address and password and select the relevant order. You can edit the order and remove items or change the quantity of Items in the order before it is shipped. Remember you must press the Update Button to Update any changes made to your order.

How do I check My Order Status?
Simply go the our Movies for Sale page and select “Your Account” in the upper right hand corner of the page and Log in and select the relevant order and review its status. Orders marked Shipped have been shipped by our dispatch department and can not be altered or cancelled.
You say my order has been shipped but I haven’t Received it yet?
Please allow a reasonable amount of time dependant on the shipping method you selected and contact us by email and we will commence a trace of your order and advise you of the results as they come to hand.
How your order is Sent
When you are ready to finalise your order you will need to give us some instructions about how you want it sent to you. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or not yet released.
We currently Do Not process orders to any International destinations.
If you want to wait until all items in your order are available before shipping (most economical) mark the tick box on the site.
If you want us to ship any available parts of your order immediately regardless of product availability mark Ship ASAP.
If you select ASAP freight will be charged individually on each consignment of a split order.
V2 Direct offer 2 options for you to receive your goods.
EParcel
This is a regular registered surface mail service provided by Australia Post. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you to pick up your goods from your local post office. Your shipment is automatically insured for up to $? by Australia Post’s Registered Post system.
Express Parcel
Your Goods will be sent using Australia Post’s Express Post service, which should have your item arrive on the next business day if you live in the Express Post delivery network. click here for Express Post network details . If you are outside the Express post network Australia Post will ship by the fastest method possible.

All Used DVD Movies are guaranteed for First Play only.
Faulty Goods
On rare occasions New DVD’s may have manufacturing defects.
Before reporting goods as faulty please check our Help page Procedure first and if a solution is not found there please report the Item as faulty by emailing details of the problem to V2DirectSales@v2direct.com.au or by contacting v2direct sales by phone or fax. You will be issued with an RA number to return the product to V2 Direct and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty item.
